This is a beautiful stitch. I took the time to translate the video into written directions:
Row 1 — knit
Row 2 — *p3t (do not take off needle), yo, purl (back through same 3 stitches), p1… *repeat pattern
Row 3 — knit
Row 4 — p2, *repeat same pattern as above

Would rather have a written paper with directions than a video. Would like the directions of these different stitches. How could you get them to me.

Seems like the 2nd row begins with Purl 1, then the Purl 3 together, and yarn over before doing the 2nd purl 3,because she did a cast on 17 stitches (possible 4+ 1).
CO: Cast on 4 + 1 Sample was 17 stitches
R1: Knit across
R2: P1,* P3tog, leave on left needle, YO (=yarn over), P3tog (ones on left needle) and remove from needle, P1 * repeat
R3: Knit across
R4: P3, P3tog, leave on left needle, YO, P3tog (ones on left needle), P1* End P3
Repeat rows 1 -4 for pattern.
